Application by the respondents RY Management and Linden Plaza Preservation, LLP pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondents RY Management and Linden Plaza Preservation, LLP to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 15, 2014, and the brief of the respondents RY Management and Linden Plaza Preservation, LLP must be served and filed on or before that date.
