Motion by Priya Chaudhry for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 9, 2014, and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from the order entered May 9, 2014, and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion by Priya Chaudhry, and the papers filed in opposition and in relation to the motion by the plaintiff, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
