DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Carl Patrick Garvey for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Garvey was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 8, 1997. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 26, 2010, his application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before August 15, 2014, Carl Patrick Garvey file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment, as directed above, the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Carl Patrick Garvey to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Carl Patrick Garvey shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
