Respondent-appellant Danielle F., having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 24, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Rupak R. Shah, Esq., sworn to June 27, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
