Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Anna Z. Jost, Esq. dated June 19, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from
the judgments rendered April 26, 2012 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 20, 2014 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date June 19, 2014 and inserting in place thereof the date September 15, 2014.
