On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 9, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 19, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
