| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 3, 2013, pending receipt of the attorney litigation file from former counsel for the plaintiff-respondent, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the defendant-respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and the application to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 20, 2014, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
