ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Angella Bowe from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 13, 2013.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Eileen T. Stapleton, Esq., 26 Family Lane, Levittown, N.Y. 11756, is relieved as attorney for the children and is directed to turn over all papers in the proceedings to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the children on the appeal:
