| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 2013, and September 23, 2013, respectively, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion and prior renewed motion for poor person relief, which were determined by decisions and orders of this Court dated April 15, 2014, and May 19, 2014, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 22, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
