| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Stewart Title Insurance Company to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 19, 2013, as directed the exchange of appraisals and related documentation and directed a hearing on the issue of damages, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from that order as well as an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated March 26, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the order dated December 19, 2013, as directed the exchange of appraisals and related documentation and directed a hearing is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
