Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Cara A. Waldman, Esq., dated June 24, 2014, and July 9, 2014, the affirmation of Debra A. Crowder, Esq., dated July 2, 2014, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to expedite is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 19, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
