Application by the respondents Boy Scouts of America and Hudson Valley Council Boy Scouts Association pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 20, 2013. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application of the respondents Boy Scouts of America, and Hudson Valley Council Boy Scouts Association and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application of the respondents Boy Scouts of America and Hudson Valley Council Boy Scouts Association is granted, the time of those respondents to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 16, 2014, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' application is denied as premature.
