Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 6, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 6, 2014. Application by the appellants to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
