On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 19, 2013, to include certain documents, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the respondent's brief which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
