Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the January 25, 2013, May 23, 2013 and June 13, 2013 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before August 25, 2014, and Melvyn Tapper is directed to produce and file the stenographic transcript of the April 16, 2013 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by him on such date on or before August 25, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 24, 2014.
