ORDERED that the applications is granted, the time of the respondents Valdrin Construction and Mesumi Corp. to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 2, 2014, and the briefs of the respondents Valdrin Construction and Mesumi Corp. must be served and filed on or before that date.
