The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Stanley G. Phillips, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 22, 2014, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with all the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent.
