DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Muneshwar Sukhram, Respondent, v Annette Hamilton, Appellant, et al., Undertenants. |
Motion by appellant, in effect, to vacate an order of this court dated April 21, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated August 7, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-2586 Q C), to consolidate that appeal and appeals from orders of the Civil Court dated October 30, 2013 and December 16, 2013 (Appeal No. 2014-1017 Q C), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking, in effect, to vacate the order of dismissal dated April 21, 2014 is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals from the orders dated October 30, 2013 and December 16, 2013 have already been consolidated under appeal No. 2013-2586 Q C; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect is denied as unnecessary, as the record has not yet been received by this court.
