DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 20, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that motion is granted, and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 18, 2014, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
