DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pursuant to County Law § 722 for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered November 15, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Dutchess County 18-B Panel.
