Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 20, 2014, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered June 5, 2014. Separate application by the respondent for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application of the respondent-appellant is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until August 22, 2014, and the respondent-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date: and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's application is denied as premature.
