| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents Boerum Commercial, LLC, Bensonhurst Realty, LLC, and 8622 Bay Parkway Developers Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2014. Separate application by the respondent New York Community Bank for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application by New York Community Bank is granted, the time of New York Community Bank to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 12, 2014, and the brief of New York Community Bank must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the respondents Boerum Commercial, LLC, Bensonhurst Realty, LLC, and 8622 Bay Parkway Developers Corp. is granted to the extent that the time of those respondents to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 28, 2014, and the brief of those respondents must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application of the respondents Boerum Commercial, LLC, Bensonhurst Realty, LLC, and 8622 Bay Parkway Developers Corp. is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
