ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 10, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 21, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "July 28, 2014."
