Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 28, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 22, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
