Appeal by Westchester County Department of Social Services and cross appeal by Richard L. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 13, 2013. Separate appeals by Richard L. from two orders of the same court dated December 4, 2013, and January 24, 2014, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for Richard L. to serve and file a brief on the appeals and cross appeal, including his points of argument on the cross appeal, is enlarged until September 5, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
