Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014, as dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both entered February 4, 2013, and for leave to renew and reargue the branches of her prior motion which were to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, which were determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
