Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2014, on the ground that the notice of appeal was not filed by the appellants' attorney of record. Cross motion by the appellants for leave to amend the notice of appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied as unnecessary.
