Appeals by the defendants Susan Gordon, Pawan Bhatnagar, William M. Schiffi, and New York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center, from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 7, 2014, and an order of the same court dated March 12, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision dated January 7, 2014, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 12, 2014, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that order was superseded by an amended order of the same court dated April 4, 2014, an appeal from which is pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-06341.
