| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 19, 2010, to compel the appellant to provide it with a complete copy of the transcripts of the proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before September 18, 2014, the appellant shall provide the respondent with a complete copy of the transcripts of the proceedings in the above-entitled action; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 17, 2014. and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
