DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 17, 2014, on appeals from nine judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one rendered February 28, 2012, five rendered April 5, 2012, and three rendered April 4, 2012, as amended April 5, 2012, is amended by deleting the preamble thereof and substituting the following preamble:

"Appeals by the defendants from nine judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one rendered February 28, 2012, five rendered April 5, 2012, and three rendered April 4, 2012, as amended April 5, 2012."
