| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, in effect, to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 9, 2013, and October 8, 2013, respectively, and to impose a sanction upon the appellant. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to redact her social security number "from the defendant's [p]leadings" and to disqualify the respondent's counsel. Cross motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike certain motions by the respondent, and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the respondent's motion which is, in effect, to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion and the appellant's cross motion are denied.
