Motion by the appellant to stay Arthur E. from selling, mortgaging, or otherwise refinancing, transferring or releasing any of her assets, including the shares of a cooperative apartment located at 16 West 16th Street, #7J South and #7K South, New York, New York, including listing the apartment with a real estate broker, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 4, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Arthur E. is stayed from listing with a real estate broker, selling, mortgaging, or otherwise refinancing, transferring or releasing any of the appellant's assets, including the shares of the cooperative apartment located at 16 West 16th Street, #7J South and #7K South, New York, New York, including listing the apartment with a real estate broker, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
