Application by the objectants-appellants-respondents/objectants-appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 19, 2012, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 17, 2013, for leave to withdraw the appeal from the order dated October 17, 2013, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-11370.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order dated October 17, 2013, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-11370, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
