DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, all dated February 26, 2014, to stay the order of commitment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and to amend the notice of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to stay the order of commitment is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeal is enlarged until September 18, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the notice of appeal is denied.
