Application by the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant IBK Enterprises, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file its answering brief and the reply briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 1, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applicant shall serve and file its answering brief, including the points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before August 22, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before September 22, 2014; the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before October 7, 2014; and the third-party defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before October 22, 2014.
