| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 2, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, custody of the subject child shall remain with the appellant, and the respondent shall continue to exercise visitation with the subject child pursuant to the visitation schedule which was in place prior to the issuance of the order on appeal.
