ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated February 28, 2014, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the address "173 N. Main Street, #127, Sayville, New York 11782," and substituting therefor the address "49 Maple Avenue, New City, NY 10956."
