Appeal by Heladia Cruz from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 29, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of William C. Hoffman, Esq., dated June 10, 2014, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
