DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 1, 2013, inter alia, to be relieved of the assignment on the ground that the appellant fails to communicate with assigned counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before September 5, 2014, upon proper papers, including proof of service upon the appellant at her last known address.
