It is Ordered that tenant-appellant's motion for an enlargement of time is granted on condition that she perfect her appeal by no later than the December 2014 term - the filing deadline is October 7, 2014. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay previously granted by this Court's June 19, 2014 order.
