Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 30, 2014, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel. The notice of appeal was filed on June 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10 [1] [a]); and it is further,
