Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 14, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 14, 2012. Cross motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal on grounds other than those stated in this court's March 14, 2014 decision and order on motion.
