Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated April 4, 2014, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 19, 2014, and to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to vacate the stay is granted and the stay is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal is denied.
