Motion by appellants on an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated March 16, 2012 and May 1, 2012, respectively, for a stay and for the imposition of sanctions.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
There is presently no appeal pending before this court. Appellants' remedy upon the refusal of the Civil Court to sign their orders to show cause is to apply to this court pursuant to CPLR 5704 (b) for relief.
