DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated February 28, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-2324 K C), with an appeal from an order of the same court entered August 7, 2013 (appeal No. 2014-1561 K C), and for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2013-2324 K C; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by October 3, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the consolidated appeal is not perfected on or before October 3, 2014, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the consolidated appeal, or respondents may move to dismiss the consolidated appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
