Appeal by Anthony S. Fusco from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated March 12, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Meghan A. Mazzacone, Esq., dated August 7, 2014, it is
