DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Assignment of Counsel

Motion by assigned counsel for the respondent-appellant to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated September 23, 2013. By order on certification of this Court dated January 21, 2014, the respondent-appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
