Appeal by Richard L. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2014.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b to terminate parental rights (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D.G., 6 AD3d 613), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
