Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 3, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it has been rendered academic as the child is now over 18 years of age (see Matter of Hershko v Hershko, 103 AD3d 635; Matter of McMillan v Rizzo, 65 AD3d 689); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
