DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 1, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 23, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
